7500 TR Series Torque Activated Mechanical Expanding Core Chuck
Torque-activated expanding core chucks are fitted with segmented sectors (“leaves”) that expand using the torque of the movement of the reel; this creates optimal centring of the chuck in the core. Torque-activated core chucks are available in numerous diameters, single-diameter or double-diameter versions. Self-expanding and self-centring, locking in both rotation directions, built in treated steel to enhance its hardness with a rust-proofing treatment. The Pads are guaranteed to expand even on low torque values. Chucks are available for sizes ranging from 70 mm to 12” versions. Single-diameter version is available with the flange for the ejection of the core of the spring and flange for the ejection of the core

The chucks have the same characteristics as the TR series of Mechanical Chucks but are supplied with 2 different diameters, making it possible to work on different core diameters without dismantling the chuck.

The characteristics of TR series of Mechanical Chucks (dimensions, uses, etc.) are maintained, but the TRM range of chucks allows quick interchangeability of the core adaptors onto one centre spindle. This makes the chuck versatile for applications where various core sizes are used. A quick change of core size can be achieved by removing the Central bolt and replace by fitting a different size hub.

7600 Series Air Mechanical Chucks
Pneumatic Mechanical Chucks are ideal for high weight high torque shaftless applications. Due to their versatility, they can be used in many different fields: paper converting, corrugated cardboard, non-woven, medical and labelling, on various types of machines including slitter rewinders, unwinders and any shaftless machines. The chucks can be supplied with Expanding adaptors which utilise the chuck to expand, to suit a larger core diameter.

7700 Series Axial Thrust Side Pressure Mechanical Expanding Lug Type Core Chucks
The Axial Side Pressure Chucks expand by axial compression of the chuck using side pressure from the Reelstand which guarantees the high grip of the chuck. The Chucks can be supplied as single-diameter core chucks of 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ and 12″ diameters. Single-diameter lug core chucks models are available with a central bore for a photocell and/or with a flange for ejection of the core.

7700 Series Axial Thrust Side Pressure Mechanical Expanding Dual-Diameter Lug Type Core Chucks
The Dual Diameter chucks have the same characteristics as the Single Axial Side Pressure Chucks but are supplied with 2 different diameters, making it possible to work on different core diameters without dismantling the chuck. The double-diameter model is available with 3″/4″ and 3″/6″) diameters, however other combinations are available.
