Knife Holders
For Mario Cotta there is no material that can’t be cut, and their range of over 40 knife holders and accessories enables them to provide a solution for every application. From minimum 12.5 mm cutting applications to heavy-duty, high-speed paper mill cutting as well as all types of cutting – shear cutting, pressure cutting, knurling and hot cutting.
Bottom Knives
The proprietary technology is based on a special holder on which a sintered steel (HSS) cutting ring is mounted; this can be removed directly from the shaft through a specially designed “omega opening”. The double-edged ring allows use on both sides, giving up to 4 times the durability of regular steel, and allows storage of the bottom knife. A revolution conceived by Mario Cotta to meet your needs.
