Converting now offer economically priced ball lock differential friction rings to suit a range of core sizes from 2” to 12”, in a range of widths, allowing the winding of web widths as narrow as 10mm. The range of rings are used on our range of Differential Shafts, for slit differential winding which can be supplied alongside our tension control systems utilising either load cell or Ultrasonic measurement supplied by our partners Boschert & Haehne. We also offer a range of economical Mechanical shafts and chucks utilising a similar system to provide an Airless solution for roll winding & unwinding
